Mary Trump, the author of "Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man," spoke exclusively with Joe Gallina of Call To Activism about former President Donald Trump's recent social media activity in a video.
According to a report by OK Magazine on Sunday, November 26, 2023, the video is only available to subscribers of her newsletter, The Good In Us.
Mary speculated that her uncle posted the 19 videos in one day because of Jeffrey McConney's testimony in Donald's fraud case, where a piece of evidence in McConney’s handwriting read, “DJT to get final review.”
Before this incriminatory evidence, Donald claimed he never signed off on the alleged fraudulent documents. Mary began the conversation stating, "This man was a defense witness.
I did not have the opportunity to watch the live tweet threads yesterday so I’m making an assumption here, but I’m assuming this is what happened".
Gallina commented that McConney was asked questions under oath, and he confirmed that Donald had seen the documents, which led to an explosion on the defense's table.
He suggested that a spoilage motion could be filed if A.G. James believes there was malintent in not handing over the document.
Gallina acknowledged that this is a fair conclusion but considered it wild.
He continued, "If I could give a piece of advice to Donald, I would probably say if you’re in the middle of a fraud case, maybe don’t commit fraud right in front of the judge’s eyes.
The issue here is that when you’re on trial for fraud, all of this mal-intent and lying and cheating and conning and withholding of documents is just a really bad look.
The Trump Organization has already been found liable for fraud. Now it’s just about the damages which could be up to 250 million".
Days like this are a real victory for James and the prosecution as they shed light on Donald's enterprise, revealing more fraud.
Mary mentioned the numerous posts from the 77 year old after the courtroom setback, cautioning against hyperbole and suggesting that we should not assume that he has gone over the edge based on this incident alone, given our long history with him.
